Rob is an experienced HR executive with a background rooted in both finance and people strategy. He began his career at Arthur Anderson, where he built a strong foundation in financial rigor and analytics before transitioning into human resources. Rob has since held senior HR roles across several organizations including HP, Baybridge Capital, and Quest Diagnostics that successfully navigated numerous liquidity events focusing on compensation integration, workforce planning, and organizational scale. He earned his degree from the University of Connecticut.
Robert Caruso
Joe is a total rewards and HR leader with experience supporting emerging and midsize companies through growth, change, and high‑stakes people decisions. He has led compensation, equity, and executive pay strategy across aerospace, technology, life sciences, and manufacturing, including IPO and M&A environments. Joe partners directly with owners and leadership teams to bring clear, practical guidance to managing people, incentives, and pay. Joe graduated from the University of Massachusetts.
Joseph Rafferty
Kevin is an executive compensation and equity administration leader with deep experience supporting venture‑backed and small‑cap organizations. His work has centered on designing equity programs, managing stock plan administration, and partnering with founders and boards on executive pay strategy through rapid growth and financing milestones. Kevin has advised leadership teams on incentive alignment, dilution management, and governance readiness in dynamic environments. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and holds an MBA from Fordham University.
